Cement Production Line

The process of cement production:

The complete process of cement plant: Firstly, we need crush the material used by producing the cement through the crusher, and then the crushed material use the grinding mill to grind, next grinding after the fine material prepared with cement raw material. Rotary kiln to the cement raw material calcined to get cement clinker. After grinding the cement clinker grinding again, grinding to the fineness of the demand to form the final cement finished. This process can divided into three steps:

1. Raw material preparation:

It’s the first step of the whole process of cement production. At first, we need to crush the material which used by producing the cement, to reach the demand granularity(about 25mm). And then the crushed material and limestone, iron ore and other proportionally mixed into the ball mill for grinding, next, to mix the grinding powder and adjusted to the raw material powder. Until now, the process of raw material preparation is finished.

2. Cement Clinker calcination:

After made cement raw material, we need put it into the rotary kiln or vertical kiln to be calcined. Calcined is the second step of cement production.

3. Cement Clinker grinding: The clinker after calcined needs to put into the grinding mill be grinding again until reached the fineness of the finished cement.
