Belt Conveyor Introduction:

With the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, standardized parts, Belt Conveyor is used to convey the incompact materials and end articles in mining, metallurgy, and coal industry, etc. According to the requirements of the conveying technology, it can single work, multiplied work or work with other equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system, thus satisfying the needs of operating lines of the different arrangement types. Applied to low grinding and packaged material which is powdery, granular, little bulk, easy to draw out and the conveying density is less than 1.67 tons/cubic meters. And the temperature of the conveyed materials should be less than 60℃. According to the clients' need, its length and assemble form are flexible. The transmission can be power roller or driving device with driving shelf.

Working principles:

Belt conveyor is widely used in home appliances, electronics, electrical equipment, machinery, tobacco, injection molding, telecommunications, printing and food etc. It also is applied in assembling, testing, debugging, packing and transporting of the materials. On the basis of technological requirements, the body transmission can adopt many controlling methods, such as, general continuously operation, tempo operation and variable speed operation etc. The body can choose its form according to circumstances, for example, the straight line, corner, slopes body form. Belt conveyor also called rubber belt crusher, and it is the vital logistics equipment to form a rhythmic line.

According to its transmission capacity, Belt conveyor can be divided into heavy machine such as mine belt conveyor, light belt conveyor which is used in electronic plastic, food, light industry, chemical medicine industry, etc.

With the benefits of the strong conveying capacity, long distance transmission, simple structure to maintain, it is easy to control programmed and operate automated. The belt conveyor can carry the materials which are less than 100 kg or powdered, granular materials. With high speed, stable, low noise, it can be transmitted from uphill to downhill.

Because of the large transportation amount, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, strong commonality and other advantages, TD75 and DTⅡ belt conveyor are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, transportation, water and electricity, chemicals, and other departments. They are used to entrucking, shipment, reshipment or accumulation of various disperses or end products which are normal state and the loose density are 500 ~ 2500 kg/m3.

According to the technical requirements, the single or multiplied transmission system can be arranged to level or titled form. Besides, DTⅡ belt conveyor can also adopt the conveying form of combination convex three-arc-sect, concave three-arc-sect with straight segment. The conveyor allows the materials which are depending on the bandwidth, speed, groove angle, inclination and the appearance frequency of the large materials. The general temperature of the working environment is -25~+40℃. Our company also produces the light belt conveyor and the mobile conveyor.

The classifications of the belt conveyor:

There is plant chain conveyor, speed chain conveyor, roller conveyor, plug wire, shelf line, drying line, belt conveyor. Power roller is composed of power roller component, the aluminum plate, sheet frame, bars, bearing, drive and chain. Non-powered roller is composed of non-powered roller component, the aluminum plate, sheet frame, bars, bearing, drive and chain. Power roller is driven by a traction drive chain, the chain drive sprocket on the power rollers rotating drum, which by the turn of the delivery work. While in the non-powered roller the materials are pulled by workers or extruded by other materials, thus they can move freely in the roller.
