Shaking table concentrator is mainly composed of motor, slope modulator, table surface, ore chute, water chute and lubrication systems, etc.

The vertical reciprocating motion of the bed is realized via a crank-link transmission mechanism to achieve. The large belt pulley drives the bent axle to rotate via motor and the rocker does the upward and downward movement. When the rocker does downward movement, bracket pushes the back shaft and reciprocating lever move backward, the spring is compressed. The bed surface is connected via linkage seat and reciprocating lever. When the rocker does upward movement, due to the tensile force of the spring, the bed surface will be driven to move forward.

The separation process of shaking table concentrator is conducted on the tilted bed surface. Mineral particles are sent to it from the feeding chute on the upper angle of the table, while the feed water tank supply the flushing water crosswise. Therefore, under the role of friction and inertia generated by the gravity, transverse flow and reciprocating asymmetric motion, the mineral particles do longitudinal movement along the table surface and lateral movement along the inclined bed according to the proportion and size. Therefore, the mineral particles with different proportion and size flow down gradually from A to B fanwise along their own direction of motion and then they are discharged from the concentrate area and tailings area, being divided into concentrate, middling and tailings.
